Shapira

Shapira neighborhood, Tel Aviv
Project Building

7-story TAMA 38 urban renewal residential project with 13 apartments for sale, including 5 special units. Expected sales cycle of around 50 million NIS.

The project is located on the southern side of Tel Aviv, in the Shapira neighborhood situated between Florentine and the Forest Park. The Shapira neighborhood manages to maintain the energetic and youthful Tel Aviv vibe alongside a sense of community. After research and adapting the product to a project relevant to the neighborhood, it was decided to tailor it to a young and dynamic target audience that knows how to enjoy and appreciate everything the neighborhood has to offer.

"The project includes a 6-story building with 13 apartments, 5 of which are unique, with an expected sales cycle of around 50 million NIS."

The neighborhood of Shapira is undergoing revitalization, and in recent years it has managed to attract a young population that has led to a rise in prices. There is demand for boutique projects in the heart of the neighborhood. The location of the project (11 Kukhi Yitzhak) is within walking distance of everything happening in the neighborhood, on the outskirts of the neighborhood at the Gilatzo Ayalon junction. The goal is to position the project as a promising real estate investment alternative while collaborating with local forces leading the young trend in the neighborhood. There is no doubt that Shapira neighborhood in the medium term will be an excellent investment and is currently undervalued relative to its potential, most of the projects marketed in the area were done by cheap means in a different period. Nowadays, companies are working to mature the project for sales, and soon it will be available for sale.

Sales

The sales of the project have not started yet, but the plan is to create a hybrid purchasing experience that allows buyers to complete a large part of the process online.

Marketing

After researching and studying the competitive environment and the advantages of the neighborhood, it was decided to tailor the entire project from the specifications to the language to a very focused target audience. Since this is a small project, there is a need to work with targeted tools and relatively lean marketing.

Product

The building and apartment planning were finalized before the company entered the project. The company managed to add upgrades to the technical specifications and additional elements in the building that would serve the target audience.
