Shapira Milestones

Shapira, Tel Aviv

A 7-story residential project built under urban renewal TAMA 38 (reinforcement). Approximately 13 apartments will be offered for sale, including 5 unique units. Expected sales turnover of approximately 50 million ILS.

The project is located on the southern side of Tel Aviv, in the Shapira neighborhood, situated between Florentin and Park HaHorshot. Shapira neighborhood successfully maintains its energetic and youthful Tel Aviv charm alongside a sense of community. After research and adapting the product to a project relevant to the neighborhood, it was decided to tailor it to a young and vibrant target audience who will know how to enjoy and appreciate everything the neighborhood has to offer.

Project Building

Shapira neighborhood is undergoing a renewal process, and in recent years, it has successfully attracted a young population, leading to a rise in prices. There is demand for boutique apartment projects in the heart of the neighborhood. The project's location (Kochavei Yitzhak 11) is within walking distance of everything happening in the neighborhood, on the outskirts of the neighborhood at the intersection of Kibbutz Galuyot and Ayalon.

The goal is to position the project as a promising real estate investment alternative, while also collaborating with local forces leading the young trend in the neighborhood.

There is no doubt that Shapira neighborhood will be an excellent investment in the medium term and is currently undervalued relative to its potential. Most projects marketed in the area were done with limited resources during a different period.

Currently, the companies are working to mature the project for sales, and we will soon launch a pre-sale.

Sales

Project sales have not yet begun, but the plans are to create a hybrid purchasing experience that allows buyers to complete a large part of the process online.

Marketing

After researching and understanding the competitive environment and the neighborhood's advantages, it was decided to adapt the entire project, from specifications to messaging, to a highly focused target audience. Since this is a small project, there is a need to work with targeted tools and relatively lean marketing.

Product

The planning of the building and apartments was finalized before the company's entry into the project. The company managed to introduce additions to the technical specifications and other elements in the structure that will serve the target audience.
