Wake up every morning to a Genesis landscape Developer - Talise Real Estate Development, execution company Harpaz Engineering, and architectural firm Or Architects. The project is located in the central part of Lev Adam in Geva Binyamin, unlike most of the construction taking place in the eastern part of the settlement.

The project is divided into two plots. Phase A involves the development of 36 ground-level housing units combined with the Affordable Housing Program. Phase B includes 60 ground-level housing units and 2-3 story buildings with special apartments. In total, the project comprises 96 housing units in a diverse mix.

Sales

Sales management is conducted from the sales office on-site, handling all sales processes in one place. To ensure consistency and allow customers to navigate between options and unit types, we did not create a separation in the initial sales process between the purchasing group and development. Customers interested in advancing within the purchasing group receive a detailed explanation, including milestones, clarifications, and important information, enabling them to enter the process with a clear understanding, even if it is new to them. The sales manager is deeply familiar with the community and surroundings, knows the target audiences, and adapts to diverse customers. The sales process features various financing solutions to help buyers purchase suitable properties, maintaining cash flow flexibility.

Marketing

Adam is a highly diverse community, and it was essential for us to tailor our brand to make everyone feel comfortable. Despite being a project in the Judea and Samaria region, we maintained marketing standards akin to those in central areas. From a well-designed and equipped sales office to high-quality printed and online materials, every detail was considered. Furthermore, with part of the project conducted as a purchasing group, the emphasis on a strong physical presence of a professional and reliable company is crucial for the project's success.

Product

The advantage of the land is its location in the center of the Adam-Geva Binyamin settlement, distinguishing it from the competition in the east of the settlement, where there is a lot of construction and the distance from the entrance and center of the settlement does not allow for walking. We aimed to create premium properties that allow for a high-quality, new gated community in the heart of Adam-Geva Binyamin. To expand our target audience, we offered the possibility of purchasing properties at more accessible prices by making Phase B a project conducted within the framework of a purchasing group. We succeeded in creating a diverse mix of special apartments, including garden apartments with 3 and 5 rooms, 4-room penthouses, and several semi-detached models with various sizes.
